1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the description provided.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• The request for a return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom prints, including wallpaper, stickers, and personalized coasters.
• Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our customer care team will verify your claim and provide a return authorization if eligible.
3. Ship the product to our address:
   Mindcraftz, First floor, Opp: Karuna Hospital, Melamuri, Palakkad, Kerala, India 678006.
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for eligible returns.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
