1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Thank you for purchasing a Mindcraftz Acrylic Sign Board.

Our products are manufactured using premium acrylic sheets and high-quality latex printing technology for long-lasting durability and vibrant presentation.

2. PACKAGE CONTENTS

  • 1 × Acrylic Sign Board
  • Pre-applied Double-Sided Adhesive Tape (if applicable)

3. BEFORE INSTALLATION

Before mounting your sign, please ensure the installation surface meets the following conditions:

  • [x] Dry
  • [x] Dust-Free
  • [x] Smooth
  • [x] Oil-Free

4. INSTALLATION STEPS

Method 1 – Double-Sided Tape

  1. Clean the wall surface thoroughly.
  2. Remove the protective film from the acrylic face.
  3. Peel the backing paper from the adhesive tape.
  4. Position the sign carefully on the desired spot.
  5. Press firmly across the surface for 30–60 seconds.
  6. Leave undisturbed for approximately 24 hours to allow maximum adhesion bond.

Method 2 – Screw Mounting (If Applicable)

  1. Mark the hole positions on the wall using the board as a template.
  2. Drill the holes at the marked positions.
  3. Insert wall plugs into the drilled holes.
  4. Fix the sign securely using screws.
  5. Tighten carefully without over-tightening to avoid cracking the acrylic.

5. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do: Clean using a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Don’t: Use abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing pads.
  • Don’t: Use solvents such as acetone, alcohol, or paint thinner.
  • Don’t: Scratch or drag sharp objects across the printed surface.
  • Don’t: Apply excessive force or bend the acrylic sheet.

6. SAFETY INFORMATION

  • Fire Hazard: Keep away from open flames and high heat sources.
  • Handling: Handle edges carefully to prevent accidental cuts.
  • Not a Toy: This product is for display purposes only.
  • Choking Hazard: Keep all packaging materials away from children.

7. STORAGE

If not installing immediately, store the sign in a dry indoor environment.

  • Recommended Storage Temperature: 10°C – 40°C

8. TROUBLESHOOTING

Sign not sticking properlyClean the surface again with rubbing alcohol and press firmly for 60 seconds.
Air bubbles under tapePress firmly starting from the center and working toward the outer edges.
Dust under tapeEnsure surface is completely free of dust prior to pressing.
Surface not suitable for tapeUse screw mounting or an appropriate heavy-duty surface adhesive.
